The Harness Room is located at the end of a row of four adjoining cottages, making it private and quiet. This room comfortably accommodates two people in a studio layout. It is furnished with a queen antique brass and iron bed, along with television, sofa and dining for two. This cottage has reverse cycle air-conditioning for heating and cooling. The kitchen facilities include a microwave, bar fridge and bench top oven with two stove elements. The bathroom has a rainwater shower. Breakfast provisions include our own fresh farm eggs, locally cured bacon, fresh bread and cereals along with juice, milk, plunger coffee and assorted condiments. This cottage is not appropriate for children.

STABLE
The Stable is a spacious one-bedroom cottage in an adjoining row of four. It has reverse cycle air-conditioning and a slow combustion wood fire. In the bedroom an antique queen brass and iron bed is fitted with quality bed linen. The living room contains a sofa, television, dining for two and kitchenette with bar fridge and bench top oven with stove element. The bathroom has a rainwater shower. Generous provisions are included for cooked and continental breakfasts. Barbecue facilities, outdoor dining and use of the supagrass tennis court are encouraged. This cottage is suitable for a couple or small family with one child. A cot or roll-out single bed is available on request.

MANAGER'S COTTAGE
Ideal for two couples, a small family, friends who prefer separate bedrooms or a couple looking for the romance of an open fireplace, the two bedroom Managers Cottage is the largest of our four mews cottages. Groups booking more than one cottage can dine or relax together here. Each bedroom has a queen bed. The bathroom has a deep claw foot bath and separate rainwater shower. The living room has a large open fireplace, two sofas, television, dining for six and full kitchen facilities. The cottage has reverse cycle air-conditioning. Generous breakfast provisions include farm eggs, bacon, plunger coffee and assorted teas, fresh bread, milk, juice, cereal and condiments. Barbecue facilities are provided along with outdoor dining and use of the supagrass tennis court.
